Walt Digital has a separate holding company that specializes in Ventures that are in early-stages. We invest capital, people, & technology resources ranging in $50k-$2M value towards growth enablement.

• Where do you invest?

We are agnostic when it comes to location. We tend to be able to add the most value to companies based in North America, but are open to considering investments in any region.

 

 

• What do you invest in?

We proactively develop strategic, ongoing relationships with companies that are closest to current & impending problems.

We work with them to figure out how we can help them achieve meaningful impact and long-term, systems-based solutions.

We invest in the following companies:

    • Green Tech Media Companies,
    • Sustainability & ESG Websites-Groups-& Associations,
    • Food, Agriculture, Industrial Tech, & Climate Solutions
    • MarTech, and AdTech.

 

 

• What stage do you invest in?

We invest in the companies that are helping spread awareness around Green issues and the Builders that are helping continue sustainability and commerce of the future. This is where our partnership with Walt Digital’s team of Business Advisors, Marketers, & talent from a wide variety of places is able to add the most direct value.

 

 

• How long is the investment or acquisition decision process?

There is no one size fits all. In our diligence process, it could take 4 weeks, it could take 16.

If you are motivated to sell your company to a caring owner such as our team, we promise to continue to grow what you have started in the best way possible.

 

 

• Are you actively investing?

Absolutely.

 

 

• If Walt Holdings invests in my company, am I obligated to use Walt Digital as my marketing agency?

No. We’re more than happy to be helpful with marketing, but portfolio companies are not required to use Walt Digital. We help provide more resources, insights, talent, & use our technology to help you expedite speed to your goals.

 

 

• How do you add value to your investments?

We are strategic investors alongside Walt Digital. We are very hands-on investors and help with product growth, GTM strategy, and partner-led growth. We also like to use the technology we invest in on the Walt Digital clients, thus making sales on behalf of our portfolio companies.
